Courses and Classes

You know what's fun? Taking your camera and a few friends and hanging out in a pretty spot, just seeing what there is to see. (Or, in our case, shooting what there is to shoot.) We can't think of a nicer way to spend a warm New Hampshire day. So - that's what we'll be doing, and we hope you'll come hang with us.

Whether you've learned with us before or are just hearing of us for the first time, we invite you to connect with us - or reconnect, as the case may be, at our Photo Hangout.

Maybe you already know that around here, we're big fans of multi-week courses that dive into photography. And of trips to amazing places where there is sure to be something stunning to photograph.

On the other hand, sometimes you don't need all that. Sometimes, the most fun can be had hanging out in a casual group, camera in hand, capturing the details that are close to home.  Plus, as summer approaches, it's nice to kick back a little, slow down the pace, and get a little "hammock in the shade" vibe going. To that end, we're holding a photo hangout, and we'd love it if you'd join us.

It's free. It won't be a long drive - we'll meet at Beaver Brook and let the day unfold as it will. There will be no pressure, no judgment, and advice only upon request. If this sounds like your kind of a good time, enter your contact info below, and we'll add you to the list.

Requirements:

A camera - SLR is recommended, but a point-and-shoot or phone camera will do

Recording medium (e.g.: Compact Flash or SD card, if applicable to your chosen camera)

Attitude set to "maximum chill"

Maybe some snacks ... and some bug spray. It is New Hampshire, after all.
