Overview:

Everyone wants the pictures they take to be the best they can be. There's nothing more disappointing than thinking you've captured a stunning scene, only to find that the image on your phone is nowhere near a lovely as what your eye saw. In our Better Phone Photos class, we'll show you how to avoid some common pitfalls and teach you how to get the most out of your phone camera's capabilities.

And we believe you learn best by doing, which is why we start with a 2-hour class and then go out on a field trip right away so you can practice what you've just learned. The field trip isn't mandatory - but it is valuable. Plus, you'll save when you pre-book the class and field trip together as a bundle. You can decide to join us for the field trip the day of the class, but you'll miss out on the savings that way.

 

What you'll learn:

• The different lenses your phone camera may have, and what they do

• What scenes and lighting conditions will make for a great picture

• The editing capabilities your phone has that can improve your images with a few clicks

• A few photo composition tips and tricks to make your photos pop

 

What you will need to bring to class:

A generally pleasant attitude will be helpful. ;)
Your smart phone with a camera (Canon, Nikon, Sony, Pentax, Panasonic, iPhone, Android Phone, etc.)  
A notebook and writing utensil.
